Inspection and Maintenance Process

1 - Service Scheduling and Review of System History

  • The technical visit is coordinated according to the customer’s availability and the established maintenance plan.
  • Before the inspection, the system history is reviewed (previous repairs, usage, age, and environmental conditions) to identify critical points to evaluate.

2 - General System Inspection

  • We perform a full evaluation of the equipment, checking the condition of filters, coils, fans, electrical contacts, thermostats, refrigerant levels, and mechanical connections.
  • Signs of wear, dirt accumulation, or potential leaks are identified.
  • Specialized measurement instruments are used to check pressure, amperage, and operating temperature.

3 - Component Cleaning and Adjustment

  • We perform deep cleaning of air filters, evaporator and condenser coils, and drain pans to prevent obstructions and bad odors.
  • Moving parts are lubricated; screws are tightened; and any vibrations or unusual noises are corrected.
  • The drainage system is checked and cleaned to prevent water leaks or moisture buildup.

4 - Performance and Efficiency Testing

  • After cleaning and adjustments, the system is turned on to verify its operation.
  • We measure outlet temperature, gas pressure, airflow, and electrical consumption.
  • If any deviation is detected, we perform the necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

5 - Technical Report and Recommendations

  • We provide a detailed report with completed tasks, findings, and the system’s general condition.
  • Recommendations are provided regarding future repairs, parts replacement, or efficiency improvements.
  • If a scheduled maintenance plan is active, the next visit is scheduled according to the agreed calendar.
