At Electro Rey Training Center, part of the Fiago HVAC Services LLC family, we train the next generation of specialized climate control technicians.
Our HVAC Technician Certification Program is designed to provide comprehensive, practical, and up-to-date training focused on the diagnosis, repair, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
The goal of our program is to train from zero those who wish to develop professionally in the technical field, providing them with the theoretical and practical skills needed to enter the job market with confidence and real competencies.
Unlike traditional courses, at Electro Rey Training Center students learn directly from active HVAC professionals, using modern equipment, advanced diagnostic tools, and teaching methodologies based on real-life experience from Fiago HVAC Services LLC.
This way, our graduates not only earn a certification but also receive solid, applicable training aligned with current market demands.
Our Training Process
1 - Initial Evaluation and Student Orientation
Before starting the program, an informational session is held where the course content, objectives, and the competencies the student will develop are explained.
Vocational and technical guidance is provided so the student understands the professional scope of the HVAC field and the career opportunities available.
2 - Theoretical Fundamentals of the HVAC System
Students begin with a solid foundation of knowledge on refrigeration principles, applied electricity, thermodynamics, and HVAC system components.
Different system types (residential, commercial, split, central, mini-split, etc.) and their general operation are studied.
The goal is for the student to understand how system components interact in order to diagnose problems logically and technically.
3 - Hands-On Training in Diagnostics and Repair
In this phase, students work directly with real equipment in our specialized workshops.
They learn to use measurement tools, gauges, leak detectors, multimeters, and other technical instruments.
Diagnostic procedures, repair of electrical and mechanical components, parts replacement, and refrigerant leak correction are practiced.
Instructors guide each practice step by step, replicating real fieldwork scenarios.
4 - HVAC System Installation and Startup
Students learn how to perform full installations: from planning and unit placement to electrical wiring, piping, and refrigerant charging.
Topics such as safety, regulations, energy efficiency, and best installation practices are covered.
This stage allows students to develop the technical skills needed to perform residential and commercial projects professionally.
5 - Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Students are trained to carry out scheduled maintenance, component cleaning, thermostat calibration, and performance adjustments.
They learn to identify signs of wear, prevent failures, and keep systems in optimal condition.
6 - Final Evaluation and Certification
At the end of the program, the student completes theoretical and practical exams to demonstrate the knowledge acquired.
Once passed, Electro Rey Training Center awards the HVAC Technician Certification, endorsed by Fiago HVAC Services LLC, which certifies the graduate’s professional readiness to enter the job market.

Bilingual Course (Spanish / English)
At Electro Rey Training Center, part of Fiago HVAC Services LLC, we firmly believe that technical education should be accessible, inclusive, and adapted to the real needs of our students. That’s why we have developed a Bilingual Course (Spanish / English) specially designed for men and women over 17 years old, without requiring any previous experience in the technical field.
Our goal is to break language and technical knowledge barriers, offering complete and accessible training for those who wish to start a career in the HVAC field and acquire the skills needed to work in a diverse and competitive work environment.

This program combines quality technical instruction with progressive bilingual teaching, allowing students to learn terminology, communication, and procedures in both Spanish and English.

Saturday Classes – Intensive HVAC Training Program
At Electro Rey Training Center, we understand that many of our students want to receive professional training but have work or personal responsibilities during the week.
For this reason, we have created our Saturday Classes program, a modality specially designed for adults, young workers, and individuals with tight schedules who want to acquire technical knowledge in the HVAC field (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) without interfering with their daily activities.
Our format offers intensive and hands-on sessions, with a dynamic structure that allows accelerated progress without sacrificing training quality.
Classes are held on Saturdays in three flexible time slots:
- 8:00–11:00 AM
- 11:00–2:00 PM
- 2:00–5:00 PM
The course has a total duration of 28 intensive sessions, focused on practical application in each meeting to ensure that participants acquire real and applicable skills from the very first day.
Training Process
1 - Enrollment and Schedule Assignment
- The process begins with the student's enrollment, where the most convenient time slot of the three available is selected.
- Information is provided about the course content, required materials, and the structure of the 28 sessions.
- Each group has limited spots to ensure personalized attention and a more effective learning experience.
2 - Introduction and Technical Leveling
- In the first sessions, the instructors introduce the fundamentals of the HVAC system: refrigeration principles, workplace safety, and main components.
- Basic knowledge is aligned so that all students start from the same point, regardless of previous experience.
3 - Intensive Practical Sessions
- Each Saturday, theoretical-practical modules are carried out focusing on a specific topic: diagnostics, installation, repair, preventive maintenance, or professional tool use.
- The hands-on approach allows immediate application of what is learned, working directly with real equipment and field simulations.
- Active learning, problem solving, and teamwork are encouraged.
4 - Weekly Evaluations and Continuous Feedback
- At the end of each week, we evaluate student performance through practical tests or applied exercises.
- Personalized feedback is provided to reinforce areas that require improvement and strengthen technical progress.
5 - Final Evaluation and Program Certification
- After completing the 28 sessions, participants take a final evaluation that combines theory and practice.
- Students who pass the evaluations receive their Certificate of Participation in the Saturday Intensive HVAC Program, issued by Electro Rey Training Center and backed by Fiago HVAC Services LLC.
This certificate validates the technical skills acquired and is a key step toward continuing advanced HVAC certifications.

Evaluations and Official Certification
Technical training must be supported by quality standards and professional recognition. Therefore, at Electro Rey Training Center, upon completing our HVAC courses, students undergo theoretical and practical evaluations that allow us to measure their acquired knowledge and ensure that they have reached the level required to perform professionally.
Passing these evaluations not only validates the learning but also grants an Official Certification as an HVAC Technician, recognized in the climate control and refrigeration sector. This certification supports the graduate’s preparation and allows them to access job opportunities in local, commercial, or international companies.
Evaluation and Certification Process

During the final sessions of the course, instructors review theoretical and practical content, reinforcing the most important concepts and ensuring students are ready for the evaluation.
Simulations and review practices are conducted to reflect real scenarios of diagnostics, repair, and HVAC system installation.
2 - Theoretical Evaluation
Students complete an exam that measures their knowledge of refrigeration principles, applied electricity, system components, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety.
This stage ensures that the student understands the conceptual foundation needed to work professionally in HVAC.
3 - Practical Evaluation
Students perform hands-on exercises on real equipment, including diagnostics of failures, component repairs, installation, and startup of HVAC systems.
Instructors verify technical skill, proper tool usage, and adherence to safety standards.
The practical evaluation ensures that students are prepared to perform in real work environments.
4 - Personalized Feedback
After the evaluations, each student receives a detailed performance report highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
Professional guidance is provided regarding next steps, advanced courses, or possible job placement opportunities.
5 - Issuance of the Official Certification
Once the evaluations are passed, the student receives the Official Certification as an HVAC Technician, issued by Electro Rey Training Center and backed by Fiago HVAC Services LLC.
This certification validates both the theoretical knowledge and practical experience acquired during the course, and it is recognized by companies and professionals in the industry.
